Principle Sports Performance brings the coaching and facilities used by elite athletes - to emerging youth, semi pros, pros & forever athletes.

 

Our group and self-led memberships utilise the best practice principles of Australia’s top level men’s and women’s sports, led by a team of professionals with decades of experience in helping high performing athletes perform at their best.

YOUTH (11-14)

Youth Athlete Program

We keep things simple, safe, and fun.


Every session is coach-led and done in small groups, so every young athlete gets the attention they need.


Our training follows a structured, curriculum-based plan that helps kids build speed, strength, and confidence - all while having a great time and learning how to move well.

ATHLETE (ALL AGES)

Athlete Program

Our coaches take an outcome led approach, starting with your ultimate goal in mind and building towards that one session at a time.

Based on your performance evaluation, our coaching team will build a customised plan to help you move better, build speed, power, strength and maximise on-field performance - tailored to where you are in your season.

You’ll then join our small group Athlete Program coaching sessions, where every session is guided by expert coaches.

Every athlete is a one of one. We follow a process driven approach, utilising the tools and best practice of high-performance sport to assess each athlete and provide a personalised approach to their sporting journey.

HOW IT WORKS

Our Performance Program follows a unique process, adapted from years of experience - to ensure every athlete is training how they should be, not like everyone else. 

Each athlete has their own program, specific to their needs, their training goals, and their sport and position. 

No two athletes are the same, therefore why should you train like everyone else?

plyometrics, speed & agility development - BUILD AND DEVELOP ATHLETIC QUALITIES TO MOVE FASTER.

 

strength & POWER - ENHANCE YOUR PHYSICAL QUALITIES SPECIFIC TO YOU.

 

injury resilience & energy system development - EXTRAS TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO WEAKNESS IN YOUR PERFORMANCE.
